New Capital Infusion and Leadership Transitions Position Immediation for Next Phase of Growth

SYDNEY, Australia – March 15, 2023Immediation, the holistic, end-to-end online dispute resolution platform used by courts, arbitration institutions, mediators, law firms and corporations, today announced organizational changes to drive the company’s continued global expansion, including a change to corporate leadership and governance, a new capital infusion, and new headquarter location.

Founder Laura Keily stepped down as CEO to pursue other endeavors. Chief Financial Officer Anthony Rule will coordinate with the executive leadership team for day-to-day business as the firm conducts a search for a permanent CEO.

Immediation also announced the appointment of a new board of directors, to include:

  • Nick Northcott, founder & managing partner, Chrysalis Advisory and co-founder & executive chair of Eudaemon Technologies. Nick was an early Immediation investor and executive director of the Company in Sydney for three years ending in 2021.
  • Jason Marinko, investor, corporate advisor and company director, has a proven track record in leading technologies to commercialisation.  Jason is also an Immediation alum having served as Director from 2020 to 2021.

Immediation’s investors reaffirmed their confidence in Immediation’s business plan and growth trajectory with a capital infusion of AUD$2.8 million to ensure Immediation’s commercial momentum.
